REVALUATION 2010:

By now you should have received notification from the Valuation Office of the draft Rateable Value of your premises that will come into effect on 1st April 2010. This will replace the existing assessment with an overall increase of more than 19% expected.

RATING APPEALS:

After an initial meeting at your premises and an appraisal of the current situation including Rate Demands, rating history and the background to your business we will decide whether there is potential to make savings. There is no charge for this initial appraisal.

RATE CHARGES:

All these matters are audited by Michael Owen Chartered Surveyors as part of our ongoing service to Clients to ensure that no opportunity to reduce the liability is overlooked.
